The Collective was born from a belief that accomplished women leaders deserve more than inspiration—they deserve investment, strategy, and a community that understands the realities of leading with impact.

I created The Collective to provide the space, support, and tools I wish I had earlier in my leadership journey.

Each role has deepened my commitment to health equity, expanded my understanding of leadership, and strengthened my belief in the power of representation, relationships, and resilience.

Through every chapter, one truth has remained constant: leadership is more powerful when shared.
