The Collective Leadership Accelerator™ is an eight-week leadership development program for diverse leaders in healthcare and higher education—designed for those who are ready to lead more powerfully without sacrificing who they are.Through a carefully sequenced combination of group coaching, executive development frameworks, reflective practice, and peer learning, participants develop clarity about their leadership identity, strengthen strategic influence, and leave with practical tools they can apply immediately.The Collective is built on a both/and philosophy: authenticity and advancement are not trade-offs. They are working.

The Collective is designed for diverse women who lead—teams, departments, programs, divisions, or organizations—and who are navigating the specific realities of doing so in healthcare or higher education.Participants typically:• Hold mid-to-senior leadership roles and are ready to lead with greater intention and impact• Are navigating increased responsibility, organizational complexity, or a leadership transition• Want to strengthen executive presence, strategic influence, and career advancement strategy• Are seeking community with peers who understand the specific terrain—not because it was explained to them, but because they have lived it

The program is delivered over eight weeks, with one live group coaching session each week. Each session builds on the previous one, creating a cohesive leadership journey that moves from leadership identity and self-awareness through strategic influence, organizational navigation, and sustained impact.Participants enrolled in the Full Experience also receive three individual coaching sessions, scheduled flexibly throughout the program—so that the group work and the personal work reinforce each other.

Each weekly group session runs approximately 90 minutes. Participants should plan for one to two hours between sessions for reflection, preparation, and practical application.Between-session activities are intentionally designed to help you apply new insights to your current leadership responsibilities — not add abstract homework to an already full schedule.

Because meaningful conversation and psychological safety are central to The Collective experience, live sessions are not recorded.Participants are strongly encouraged to attend each session live. Program resources, reflection tools, and session materials will be available throughout the program to support your continued engagement.
